Connecting your first account

Updated on 18 June 2026

The step by step guide to securely link your bank to Noryo.

Connecting your bank is the step that unlocks the full power of Noryo: your balances, transactions, and subscriptions fill in automatically. The connection goes through open banking and stays read only. Here is how to do it in just a few minutes.

  1. Open the add an account flow

From Noryo, choose to connect a bank. On the web, it is in the area where you manage your accounts; on iOS, in the dedicated tab.

  2. Search for your bank

Type the name of your institution and select it from the list. Compatibility is broad.

  3. Confirm on your bank's interface

You are redirected to your bank to authenticate and give your consent. This is where you enter your credentials, securely.

  4. Grant read only access

You authorize Noryo to read your accounts and transactions. No payment or transfer is possible.

  5. Let the first synchronization run

Back in Noryo, your accounts appear and your transactions start loading.

Joint, business, and multiple bank accounts

You can connect joint or business accounts just like a personal account. The number of connected banks depends on your plan: one with the Free plan, more with the higher plans. To add a bank, simply repeat the steps above.
