Export your data and reports
Updated on 18 June 2026
Download your data in the format that suits you: spreadsheet, PDF report, or accounting formats.
Noryo lets you retrieve your data whenever you want, to archive it, send it to your accountant or open it in another program. This page sums up the available formats, how to choose a date range and what each type of export contains.
The available formats
Depending on your plan, you have access to different formats. Each one serves a specific purpose: a spreadsheet, a document to print or a file to import into another tool.
Which format by plan
To find out your current plan and what it includes, go to the Subscription screen in the app.
Choosing a date range
Before starting an export, you define the period to include. You can export a specific month, a quarter, a full year or a custom range. This is handy for preparing a tax return or a statement over a given period.
What an export contains
A transaction export includes the operations for the chosen period with their date, description, amount, category and the account involved. A PDF statement presents a formatted summary: totals, breakdown and change over the selected range.
- Your transactions for the period, with their category.
- The account and the bank linked to each operation.
- A summary of money coming in, going out and savings (in the PDF statement).
Retrieving all your data
Beyond themed exports, you can request a full export of all your data as part of your GDPR rights. This is useful for keeping a global copy of your account. This option is in the settings related to your account and privacy.
