Noryo Help

Manage your privacy preferences

Updated on 19 June 2026

Walk through the settings that decide what Noryo sees, keeps, and shares, and take control of them.

Noryo is designed so you stay in control of your information. Several settings decide what the app sees, what it keeps, and what can be shared. This article brings them together to help you adjust them with confidence.

Your bank consent

Connecting to your accounts relies on open banking and the PSD2 regulation. Access is read-only: no payment or transfer is possible, and your banking credentials are never entered in Noryo. You gave explicit consent, and you can revoke it at any time.

 • Consent expires regularly, for security, and is renewed by reconnecting the bank.
 • Revoking access stops the synchronization of the bank concerned.
 • You decide which banks are connected, within the limits of your plan.

What the assistant can do

The Nory assistant works with permissions you can set by domain. Reading is enabled by default so it can answer your questions, while writing is disabled by default. You open each domain you want to entrust to it yourself.

Sharing your documents

Your documents live in a secure vault. Sharing is read-only and remains at your initiative: nothing is shared without an action from you. With the Ultra plan, the legacy vault lets you arrange read access for trusted contacts, triggered only after a prolonged inactivity and always revocable.

Your communications

You choose what Noryo sends you and through which channel. Each type of message can be set independently by email and by notification on iPhone, except for messages related to your account security, which are always sent by email.

Your profile preferences

From your profile, you adjust the language, the display currency, and the theme. On iPhone, you can also enable Face ID or Touch ID biometric unlock so a prying glance isn't enough to open the app.

Your rights over your data

At any time, you can export all of your data and request the permanent deletion of your account, confirmed by a code received by email. These are your rights, and they stay within reach in the settings.
