Price increase alerts
Updated on 18 June 2026
How Noryo detects increases in your subscriptions and notifies you, so you no longer face silent price hikes.
Subscriptions often increase without warning. Noryo monitors your recurring payments and alerts you as soon as an amount rises, so you can take control. This page explains how this alert works, what it shows you, and what you can do with it.
What this alert is for
The price increase alert helps you avoid silent hikes. Instead of discovering a more expensive month by chance on your statements, you’re notified as soon as Noryo spots the increase, with the old and new amounts side by side.
How Noryo detects a price increase
Noryo automatically identifies your recurring subscriptions from your transactions, with a confidence score. When the amount charged by the same service increases from one billing cycle to the next, Noryo detects it and triggers the alert.
What the alert contains
- The name of the service involved.
- The old amount and the new amount.
- Direct access to the subscription details in the app.
Receive the alert by email or push notification
The price increase alert is available via email and push notification on iPhone. You choose the channel(s) in your notification settings. Since push is instant, it’s the ideal way to react quickly.
What to do after an alert
Once notified, it’s up to you to decide if the increase is justified. If you want to cancel the subscription, Noryo guides you through the cancellation process. The final cancellation is always done directly with the service provider.
