Secure your account

Updated on 18 June 2026

Two-factor authentication, biometrics, recovery key, and session management: tools to protect your access.

Beyond the protection provided by Noryo, you have several tools to lock down access to your account. Turning them on takes a few minutes and makes all the difference in case of an intrusion attempt. Here is how to build, layer by layer, a strong account.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds a second proof of identity at login. Even if someone knew your password, they could not get in without this second factor. It is the most important protection to turn on.

Passkeys

Passkeys replace the password with authentication tied to your device and your biometrics (face or fingerprint). Nothing to memorise, nothing to type, and nothing that can be guessed or phished. It is both simpler and safer.

Biometric unlock on iPhone

On iPhone and iPad, you can require Face ID or Touch ID every time the app opens. If your phone falls into the wrong hands, your financial data stays inaccessible. This setting is specific to each device and is found in the app's security settings.

The recovery key

The recovery key is an ultimate backup code that lets you take back control of your account if needed. It is shown only once, when it is generated.

Monitor your sessions and logins

Noryo lets you see where your account is signed in and take back control with one gesture. You stay in charge of your access at all times.

 • Active sessions: the list of devices currently signed in to your account.
 • Sign out the other devices: close every session except the one you are using, in one tap.
 • Unusual login alerts: an email warns you of a login that falls outside the ordinary.
