Permanently delete your account

You can delete your account at any time without going through support. Deletion erases your management data and cancels access to paid features.

Deletion steps

1. Open your preferences

   On the web: Preferences. On iPhone: Profile then Settings.

2. Go to Data and privacy

   Find the section dedicated to your personal data.

3. Choose Delete permanently

   The button is marked in red.

4. Confirm with the code received

   Enter the security code sent by email to validate the deletion.
