Which formats can I add?
You can add images in <strong>JPG</strong>, <strong>PNG</strong>, and <strong>HEIC</strong> formats, as well as documents in <strong>PDF</strong> format. A size limit applies per file.
How do I add a document?
- By <strong>import</strong> from your device, on the web as well as on mobile
- By <strong>scan</strong> with the camera, on iPhone and iPad
- By <strong>email</strong>, by forwarding the document to your personal deposit address
Are my documents secure?
Yes. Your documents are <strong>encrypted</strong> and stored on <strong>infrastructure hosted in Europe</strong>. They are never sold, and nothing is shared without your action.
How do I share a document?
Sharing is <strong>read-only</strong>: the person can view the document but cannot modify or delete it. You remain the owner and can reverse the action.
Why does the search find a word in a file?
Because Noryo recognizes the content of your documents. You can thus search for a word inside a document (a name, a number), not just in its title.
What do the validity badges mean?
