Quick answers to the questions people ask when arriving on Noryo.
Here are the questions people ask most often when discovering Noryo. If yours is not listed, the Nory assistant or the contact form are here to help.
Do I need to connect a bank to use Noryo?
No, it is not required. You can explore the app and add manual expenses, for example cash payments. That said, connecting a bank automates everything: your balances, transactions, and subscriptions fill in and update on their own.
Can I try before subscribing?
Yes. You can start with the free plan, and even use a guest mode to test without creating an account right away. On iPhone, a free trial of the higher plans is available through the App Store.
How does Noryo connect to my bank?
Through open banking, the framework governed by PSD2 regulation. You confirm access directly on your bank's interface, without ever entering your credentials in Noryo. Access is read only: no payment or transfer is possible.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted, hosted in Europe, and never resold. You can strengthen your account security with two factor authentication, and on iOS with Face ID or Touch ID.
Can I use Noryo on several devices?
Yes. The web and the iOS app share the same data, synchronized at all times. You sign in with the method chosen at registration (Apple, Google, or email), the same across all your devices.
How many banks can I connect?
It depends on your plan: one bank with the free plan, more with the higher plans. You will find the quota details in the Subscription screen of the app.
What if I feel lost at first?
Start simple: connect an account, look at your dashboard, then explore gradually. You can ask the Nory assistant your questions at any time, or write to us through the contact form. Sharing your support ID speeds up the handling.
