Browse and filter your transactions
Updated on 18 June 2026
Find any transaction using the search, filters, and period selector.
The transaction list gathers all your operations across all accounts. With search, filters, and the period selector, you can locate any expense in seconds. This article covers the tools at your disposal.
Search for a transaction
The search works on multiple criteria. Type a merchant name, category, or amount to isolate what you're looking for. This is the most direct method when you know what to find.
- By merchant: the name of the brand or shop.
- By category: for example food or transport.
- By amount: to find an expense of a specific value.
Filter the list
Filters refine what is displayed. You can narrow down by period, transaction type, account, and bank, and combine these criteria.
Choose a period
The period selector adjusts the time window being analyzed. It applies to both your dashboard and the transaction list.
Transaction details
By opening a transaction, you access its details. You can change its category, add a note to remember the context, and attach a document, such as an invoice or receipt.
Export your transactions
You can export your transactions in CSV format and, depending on your plan, in other formats. Useful for archiving or processing your data elsewhere. Available formats depend on your plan.
Now that you know how to find a transaction, let’s see how categories organize all this.
