Asking Nory for an analysis
Updated on 18 June 2026
Beyond a quick answer, Nory can give you a real review of your finances. Here is how to ask it for an analysis in a few steps.
Nory is not only there to give you a figure: it can step back and deliver a genuine analysis of your situation. This guide shows you how to ask it for a clear review, then how to make something useful out of it.
Steps to ask for an analysis
Open Nory
From the assistant tab on iPhone, or the Intelligence section on the web.
Frame your request
State what you want to analyse and over which period: "analyse my spending over the last three months" or "how is my saving evolving this year?".
Let Nory gather the elements
It cross references your transactions, your categories, your budgets and, depending on your plan, your Score or your projections.
Read and dig deeper
Follow up on a specific point: "why has my spending gone up?" or "which categories are driving the result?".
Turn it into action
If room to manoeuvre appears, ask Nory to propose a budget or a goal, which you will validate.
Framing it well for a relevant analysis
- Give a period: "last month", "since January", "the last 90 days".
- Target a topic: spending, saving, subscriptions, or a specific category.
- Compare: "versus the previous month" or "like last year at the same time".
