FAQ: Data Privacy

Updated on 18 June 2026

Are your data resold? Can Noryo access my money? Clear answers to privacy questions.

The privacy of your data is a legitimate concern, and we address it directly. Here are the most common questions.

Can Noryo spend my money or make a transfer?

No, never. Access to your banks is strictly read-only. Noryo consults your transactions to display and analyze them, but no payment, transfer, or account modification features exist in the app.

Are my data resold to third parties?

No. Your data are never sold or transferred for advertising purposes. They are used solely to provide the service you expect from Noryo, and you remain the sole owner.

Where are my data stored?

Your data are hosted on servers located in Europe and subject to the European framework for the protection of personal data. They are encrypted, both in transit and at rest.

Are my banking credentials stored by Noryo?

No. You authenticate directly on your bank’s interface via open banking (PSD2 regulation). Noryo neither sees nor stores your banking credentials.

How can I retrieve a copy of my data?

From the Account section, you can request a GDPR export of all your data. You can do this as many times as you wish: the export does not modify anything; it creates a copy for download.

What happens if I delete my account?

Deletion is permanent: your data are erased and cannot be recovered. To avoid any mistakes, the operation requires confirmation via a code sent to your email address.

How can I enhance my account security?

Enable two-factor authentication, add an access key, and on iPhone, require Face ID or Touch ID at launch. Also, monitor your active sessions and unusual login alerts received by email.
