FAQ: sign-in and access

Updated on 18 June 2026

The most frequently asked questions about signing in, your password and accessing your account.

Here are the answers to the most frequent questions about signing in and accessing your Noryo account. The key point to remember: you always sign in with the method you chose at sign-up.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

If you signed up with an email address and a password, request a reset link by email from the sign-in screen. You will receive a message to set a new password. Remember to check your spam if the email is slow to arrive.

I cannot sign in even though my account exists

The most common cause is using the wrong method. An account created with Apple does not open with Google or a password, and the other way around. Try Apple, then Google, then email in turn, with the address you think you used at sign-up.

Can I change my sign-in method?

Each account is tied to a single method, the one chosen at creation. This is a security choice. If you wish to use another method, the best thing is to contact support to look into your situation.

Can I use Noryo on several devices?

Yes. Your data is synchronised across all your devices. Sign in with the same method on the web and on your iPhone or iPad, and you will find the same up-to-date information everywhere.

How can I make my access more secure?

  • Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) and keep your backup codes in a safe place.
  • On iPhone, turn on unlocking with Face ID or Touch ID.
  • Carefully keep your recovery key, shown only once.
  • Review your active sessions and sign out any devices you do not recognise.

I received an unusual sign-in alert

Noryo warns you by email in case of an unusual sign-in. If it was not you, change your password or check your sign-in method, turn on two-factor authentication, and sign out the other devices from your active sessions.

I want to try without creating an account, is that possible?

Yes, a guest mode lets you explore the app. When you are ready, you will be able to create an account to keep your data and enjoy synchronisation across devices.
