Frequently asked questions about notifications

Emails not received, missing push notifications, channel settings: answers to the most common questions about Noryo notifications.
Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions about Noryo notifications and alerts.
I am not receiving Noryo emails
Start by checking your spam or junk mail folder: our messages sometimes end up there. Then add Noryo’s sending address to your contacts so future emails arrive in your inbox. Also, verify that your account’s email address is correct.
I am not receiving push notifications on my iPhone
Push notifications require system permission. Open your iPhone settings, go to Notifications, select Noryo, and ensure notifications are allowed. Also, make sure the push channel is enabled in your Noryo preferences.
Are my settings synchronized across my devices?
Yes. Your notification preferences are synchronized across all your devices. However, the push channel only applies to the iPhone, as the web does not receive push notifications.
Can I completely disable notifications?
You can significantly reduce your notifications, type by type and channel by channel. However, account activity alerts related to security are always sent by email and cannot be turned off.
Can I choose the channel for each alert?
Yes. Each alert type is set independently. For example, you can receive price increases via push and the monthly summary by email only. Settings are adjusted in the app’s notification preferences.
How often does Noryo send me notifications?
Noryo notifies you only when useful: when a price increase is detected, as a deadline approaches, once a month for the summary, and occasionally for security or the newsletter. No unnecessary alerts.
