FAQ: mobile app

Updated on 18 June 2026

Frequently asked questions about the iPhone and iPad app: notifications, Face ID, widgets, and Apple Watch.

Here are the answers to frequently asked questions about the Noryo mobile app, available on iPhone and iPad. Many settings depend on your device's permissions: a quick detour to your iPhone's settings often resolves the issue.

I'm not receiving notifications, why?

Two levels of permission come into play. First, Noryo notifications must be allowed in your iPhone's settings. Then, each type of notification is configured in the app by channel. Check both if nothing appears.

How to enable Face ID or Touch ID?

Biometric unlock is optional and is set in the app's security settings. Once activated, the app unlocks with Face ID or Touch ID depending on your device, for quick and secure access.

Widgets are not updating

Home screen and lock screen widgets refresh with the app's data. If a widget seems frozen, open the app to trigger an update, check your connection, and ensure background refresh is not restricted by Low Power Mode.

What can I do from the Apple Watch?

The Apple Watch app gives you an overview of your Assets, Subscriptions, and Wallet, right on your wrist, for a quick glance without taking out your iPhone.

How to scan a document?

On iPhone and iPad, you can scan a document directly into the vault. The app recognizes the content to make searching easier later. You can also import images (JPG, PNG, HEIC) and PDF files, within a file size limit.

Can I use Siri with Noryo?

Yes, Siri shortcuts are available for quick access to certain actions. You can configure them from your iPhone's shortcut settings.

The app is slow or closes on mobile

  • Fully close the app then reopen it.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Install the updates available in the App Store.
  • Restart your iPhone if the issue persists.
