Why a transaction is missing

Updated on 18 June 2026

A transaction shows in your bank but not in Noryo: the possible causes, what is normal, and how to bring it through.

You see a transaction in your banking app, but it does not appear in Noryo yet. This is a common situation and most often perfectly normal. Noryo displays transactions as your bank transmits them, at the pace of synchronization. This page reviews the possible causes and the right reflexes.

The most common causes

First of all, know that a missing transaction is rarely lost: it is generally on its way or awaiting confirmation.

What is normal and what is not

How to bring a transaction through

If you believe the transaction should already be showing, here are the steps to follow in order.

  1. Start a manual sync

Force an update to retrieve the most recent transactions without waiting for the automatic sync.

  2. Check the right account

Make sure the account concerned is indeed among the accounts shared with Noryo.

  3. Wait if the transaction is pending

A transaction not yet confirmed by the bank will appear once validated.

  4. Reconnect the bank if nothing comes through

If no more transactions arrive, your consent may have expired: reconnect the institution.

If after these checks an older transaction remains untraceable, support can investigate. Sharing your support identifier, along with the date and amount, speeds up the handling.
