Reconnect a bank
Updated on 18 June 2026
Your consent has expired or the sync has stopped? Here’s how to renew your bank connection in a few steps.
For your security, the authorization you give Noryo to access your accounts is time-limited. When it expires, synchronization stops, and you simply need to reconnect the bank to restart it. This is a quick process that is validated directly on your bank’s interface.
When to reconnect
- Your transactions have not updated for a while.
- A message tells you that the consent has expired.
- You recently changed your credentials or your security with your bank.
Reconnect in a few steps
Open your bank management
Go to the area of your app where your connected banks are listed.
Select the relevant bank
Spot the institution whose connection is expired or interrupted.
Start the reconnection
Choose the reconnection or consent renewal option.
Validate on your bank's interface
Authenticate as usual on your bank's page to confirm access.
Wait for the first sync
Once reconnected, give Noryo a few moments to retrieve your transactions.
If reconnection fails
If synchronization remains stuck after reconnection, the dedicated guide provides additional checks.
