Understanding alert types
Updated on 18 June 2026
Price increases, deadlines, monthly summary, account activity, newsletter: details of each Noryo alert and its channels.
Noryo can send you several types of alerts, each with a specific purpose. All are optional and adjustable, except for security messages. This page details each alert type, what it provides, and through which channels you can receive it.
Available channels
Noryo has two channels: email, which works everywhere, and push notification on iPhone, which appears directly on your screen. Depending on the alert type, one, the other, or both are available.
Detected price increase
Noryo monitors your recurring subscriptions and notifies you when one of them increases. The alert shows the old and new amount so you can decide whether to keep or cancel the subscription. Available via email and push.
Direct debit deadline
This alert notifies you that a subscription direct debit is approaching to avoid surprises on your account. Useful for anticipating and maintaining the necessary balance. Available via email and push.
Monthly summary
Once a month, receive a review of your past month: a clear summary to reflect on your finances without opening the app. Available via email and push.
Account activity (security)
These messages inform you of an important event for your account security, such as an unusual login. To protect you, they are always sent by email and cannot be disabled.
Newsletter
The newsletter keeps you updated on new features and shares tips for using Noryo better. It is sent by email only and remains entirely optional.
