FAQ: account access

Updated on 18 June 2026

Quick answers to the most common questions about signing in and accessing your Noryo account.

Here are the answers to the questions we are asked most often about account access. If you cannot find yours, the Nory assistant and the contact form are here to help.

I can no longer sign in, what should I do?

Start by checking that you are using the right sign-in method, the one you chose when you signed up. If you sign in with email and password, use the forgotten password link. With Apple or Google, check instead that you are signed in to the right Apple or Google account on your device.

I sign in but I cannot find my data.

This is almost always a sign that you signed in with a different method from the one used at sign-up, which opens an empty account. Sign out, then sign back in with the original method (Apple, Google or email).

Can I change my sign-in method?

The method is set at sign-up and stays linked to your account. It cannot be changed in one click. If you genuinely need to migrate, write to us from the contact form with your support reference.

I forgot my password.

This only applies to signing in with email and password. Use the reset link: you will receive an email to set a new password. If you use Apple or Google, there is no Noryo password to reset.

Can I use Noryo on several devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same account on the web, your iPhone, your iPad and your Apple Watch: your data syncs automatically across all your devices.

What is guest mode for?

Guest mode lets you explore Noryo without creating an account. To keep your data for the long term and find it again on your other devices, create a full account when you are ready.

How do I sign out a device I no longer use?

From the security section under Account, view your active sessions and use the option to sign out the other devices. Your current session stays active.
