Free trial and refund: frequently asked questions
Updated on 18 June 2026
Free trial on iPhone, end of the trial, first charge, refund: clear answers to questions about the trial and refunds.
Want to try Noryo before committing, or wondering about a refund? Here are the answers to the questions that come up most often about the free trial and refunds. The exact prices are always shown on the Subscription screen in the app.
Can I try Noryo for free?
Yes, in two ways. The Free plan is free with no time limit: it lets you explore Noryo at your own pace. And on iPhone, a free trial of a paid plan may be offered via the App Store, to test the advanced features before paying. The current terms are stated on the Subscription screen.
What happens when the free trial ends?
When the trial period ends, the paid subscription starts automatically and the first payment is charged, unless you cancelled beforehand. This is how trials usually work on the App Store.
When is my first payment charged?
If you subscribe without a trial, payment is taken at the time of subscription. If you have a trial, it is taken at the end of that period. After that, renewal follows the rhythm you chose, monthly or annual.
How do I request a refund?
This depends on your payment method. For a subscription taken out via the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple: the request is made directly to Apple, which decides according to its terms. For a subscription paid by card on the web, contact Noryo support, who will review your request.
If I cancel, am I refunded for the remaining time?
In general, cancelling ends the renewal: you keep your plan until the end of the period already paid for, then you return to Free. The time already paid is not automatically refunded, but you enjoy it to the end. The exact terms depend on the payment channel and, for the App Store, on Apple's rules.
Will I lose my data if I go back to Free?
No. Your connected accounts, your transactions, your documents and your history stay in place. Only access to the paid features and certain quotas are adjusted for the Free plan. You can take up a paid plan again whenever you like and get your features back.
Where can I see the exact prices?
The up-to-date prices, monthly and annual, along with any current trial offers, are always shown on the Subscription screen in the app. It is the most reliable source, as prices can change.
