Contact support or report a bug
Updated on 18 June 2026
Ask your question, report an issue, or suggest an idea: here are all the ways to reach the Noryo team.
Do you have a question, a blocker or an idea to share? Several ways to get help exist in Noryo, from the fastest (the built-in assistant) to the most detailed (the contact form). This page explains which channel to choose depending on your need, how to describe a problem to get a useful answer the first time, and where to find your support ID, which speeds up the handling of your request.
The help channels available
Noryo offers you four complementary routes. The right instinct: start with the help centre or the Nory assistant for everyday questions, then move to the contact form if your situation is unusual or if you want a personalised answer.
Start with the Nory assistant
Nory is the built-in financial assistant, available on the web and on iOS. For a simple question (where to find a setting, how to add a bank, what an indicator means), it answers instantly and can even guide you to the right action. It is often the fastest way to unblock a situation without waiting for an answer by email.
Use the contact form
The contact form is the preferred route for any personal request: a persistent synchronisation issue, a question about your subscription, a request related to your data. You receive the answer by email. Remember to check your spam folder if you do not see anything arrive.
Open the contact form
From the help centre, choose Contact us.
Describe your situation
Clearly state what is happening, on which device, and since when.
Add your support ID
It lets us find your account without asking you for extra information.
Send and watch your inbox
The answer arrives by email, remember to check the spam folder.
Describing a problem well
The more precise your description, the faster and more accurate the answer. A complete request avoids back-and-forth and lets us understand your situation the first time. Here are the most useful elements to provide.
Your support ID
Each account has a unique support ID, visible in your profile. Sharing it with a request lets us find your account quickly and securely, without having to exchange sensitive information. It is the habit that speeds up handling the most.
