Answers to the most frequently asked questions about help, contact, and tracking a request.

Here are the most common questions about getting help in Noryo. For technical issues, also check the dedicated troubleshooting articles.

How to contact Noryo help?

You have four options: the help center for guides, the Nory assistant for a quick question, the contact form for account-related requests, and the bug report to describe a malfunction. The help center and Nory respond immediately.

Which channel should I choose based on my need?

  • Understanding a feature or following a procedure: the help centre.
  • A quick question or an explanation about your finances: the Nory assistant.
  • An issue with your account, your subscription or your data: the contact form.
  • Abnormal behaviour you can reproduce: the bug report.

Where is my support ID?

Your support ID is located in your profile, among your account information. Providing it in your message allows us to find your account quickly and securely, without exchanging sensitive information. It’s the best way to speed up a request.

How long does it take to get a response?

The help center and Nory assistant respond instantly. For the contact form, you will receive a response by email. If you don’t see it, remember to check your spam folder.

What information should I provide to get a quick response?

  • What you expected and what actually happened.
  • The device involved: web, iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch.
  • How long the problem has been happening.
  • The steps already tried.
  • Your support ID, and a screenshot if it is useful.

Can I attach a screenshot?

Yes, and it’s often very helpful in understanding your situation. Just make sure to blur any sensitive data visible on the screen before sending it.

Can Nory resolve everything?

Nory answers common questions and can guide you to the right action, but it does not replace an advisor and never accesses your banking transactions. For account-related or payment requests, use the contact form.
