Nory relies on your situation to help you, and you keep control of what it consults and remembers. Here are the answers to the most common privacy questions.

What data does Nory have access to?

Nory accesses the information already present in Noryo, and only the domains for which you have enabled reading. Reading is enabled by default, but you can disable it domain by domain. Without reading, Nory does not consult the domain concerned.

Can Nory change my data on its own?

No. Nory only proposes actions. Nothing is applied without your confirmation, and sensitive actions require a double confirmation. In addition, writing is disabled by default for each domain.

What does Nory's memory keep?

Nory keeps a few useful pieces of context to give you consistent answers over time, for example a preference you have told it about. This memory stays light, and you can view and erase it whenever you wish.

Does erasing the memory delete my Noryo data?

No. Erasing Nory's memory only removes the context it had kept. Your transactions, budgets, goals and documents are not affected.

Does Nory access my bank accounts?

Nory never accesses banking operations. It cannot pay, transfer or move money. Noryo stays read only on your accounts, without exception.

Are my exchanges with Nory sold or shared?

Your data is not sold and remains yours. It is encrypted and hosted in Europe. Nory uses it to answer you, under your control and according to the permissions you have set.

Does Nory replace an adviser?

No. Nory helps you see clearly, but it does not replace a financial, tax or legal adviser. Its analyses are reference points, not investment recommendations.
