Apple, Google, email, or guest mode: understand each way to log in to Noryo and which one to choose.

Updated 19 June 2026

To access Noryo, you choose a login method when signing up. This choice then determines how you authenticate each time you open the app. This article reviews the four options, their advantages, and an important point: only one method is linked to your account.

The four ways to access Noryo

Your sign-in options

Continue with Apple
You sign in with your Apple ID, without creating a new password. Authentication happens through your device and its biometrics. Convenient and secure on iPhone and iPad.
Continue with Google
You use your Google account. No password specific to Noryo is created: Google manages your identity.
Email and password
You create an account with your email address and a password specific to Noryo. It is the most universal method, available on all devices.
Guest mode
You try Noryo without creating an account. Ideal for exploring the app before committing.

One method per account

Key point to remember: your account is linked to the method chosen during sign-up, and that method only. If you signed up with Apple, you will always log in with Apple. Methods are not mixed on the same account.

Always log in the same way

If you try a different method from the original one, you risk creating a second empty account instead of accessing your data. If in doubt, remember how you first signed up.

Which method should you choose?

All methods provide access to the same features. The choice mainly depends on your habits and devices.

Apple and Google delegate authentication; email gives you a dedicated Noryo password.

Guest mode in detail

Guest mode lets you explore Noryo without commitment. It’s an entry point to get an idea before creating a real account.

  • You explore the interface and the main features freely.
  • To keep your data for the long term and sync it across devices, create a full account.
  • Moving to a full account is done from the app, whenever you like.
Forgotten password?

This only applies to email and password login. With Apple or Google, there is no Noryo password to reset: you manage everything through your Apple or Google account.
