Your rights over your data (GDPR)

Access, export, deletion: GDPR gives you rights over your data. Here’s how to exercise them in Noryo.

Updated 19 June 2026

Your data belongs to you. The European framework for personal data protection (GDPR) guarantees you clear rights, and Noryo provides the means to exercise them directly from your account. This article explains each of these rights and the steps to follow.

The rights guaranteed by GDPR

Your rights, plainly

Right of access
You can find out what data Noryo holds about you and view it.
Right to portability
You can retrieve all of your data in a reusable format, to keep it or take it elsewhere.
Right to rectification
You can correct inaccurate information, such as your first name or your preferences, from your profile.
Right to erasure
You can request the permanent deletion of your account and the associated data.

Exporting your data

The GDPR export compiles your information into a file you can download and keep. This is useful for maintaining a personal copy or simply seeing what Noryo knows about you.

  1. Open the Account section

Go to the settings related to the privacy of your data.

  2. Request the export of your data

Start the preparation of your GDPR archive.

  3. Retrieve your file

Once ready, your export is made available for download.

What the export contains

Your export includes data linked to your account: profile, preferences, and financial information you have in Noryo. It belongs to you: keep it in a safe place.

Deleting your account

The right to erasure results in the deletion of your account. This is a definitive action: once confirmed, your data is erased and cannot be recovered.

Irreversible deletion

To avoid any mistakes, deletion requires confirmation via a code sent to your email address. Be sure to export your data beforehand if you want to keep a record.

What Noryo commits to respecting

  • Your data is hosted in Europe and subject to the European protection framework.
  • It is never sold or handed over to third parties for advertising purposes.
  • You stay in control: access, export and deletion are within your reach at any time.
  • The connection to your banks stays read-only, with no ability to act on your money.
The export can be redone as many times as you like; deletion, however, is permanent.
