Correct or cancel a Nory action
Updated on 19 June 2026
An extra budget created, a transaction misfiled: here's how to undo an action suggested by Nory.
Did you accept a suggestion from Nory, then change your mind? No problem. Like all data in Noryo, what Nory creates or changes stays entirely in your hands: you can adjust it or undo it. This guide shows you how, depending on the type of action.
General steps
Spot what changed
Ask Nory for a summary of the last action, or go straight to the relevant item (budget, goal, transaction).
Open the item
View the details of the budget, goal, or transaction from the matching section of the app.
Edit or delete
Adjust the values that don't suit you, or delete the item if it no longer makes sense.
Check the result
Make sure your dashboard properly reflects the correction.
Depending on the type of action
Ask Nory for help
You can also go straight through Nory: ask it what it changed recently, or ask it to undo an action by describing it. As always, the proposed correction will be submitted to you for confirmation before it applies.
Avoiding repeated corrections
If you often correct the same type of action, adjust Nory's permissions: by disabling writing for an area, you keep its analyses while applying the changes yourself. This is useful for gently taking back control.
