Organize your documents and folders

Updated on 18 June 2026

Ready-to-use folders, custom folders, and validity badges: everything to keep your Noryo vault well-organized.

Filing your documents well means being able to lay your hands on the right paper in seconds, the day you need it. Noryo's vault offers you ready-to-use organization and lets you adapt it your way, with visual markers so nothing slips past its expiration.

The ready-to-use folders

From the moment you arrive, the vault contains folders already named for the most common uses. You can use them as they are, which is often the fastest way to get started.

 • Identity: ID card, passport, license
 • Invoices and Contracts
 • Taxes and Insurance
 • Payslips and Bank statements
 • Other, for everything else

Create a custom folder

If the provided folders are not enough, create your own: a folder per project, per child, per property, however suits you. You can move a document from one folder to another at any time.

The validity badges

Some documents have a lifespan: an ID document, a certificate, a contract. Noryo shows a badge to tell you where each document stands and spare you unpleasant surprises at the worst moment.

Find a document

No need to remember the exact folder. Noryo recognizes the content of your documents, which lets you search by keyword, by type, or by folder. Search works even if you have forgotten where you filed it.

 • Search for a word present in the document (a name, a number)
 • Filter by folder or by document type
 • Spot at a glance the documents to renew thanks to the badges

Filing best practices

A few simple habits keep your vault clear over time: one folder per major area of life, a clear document name, and a little tidying now and then to archive what is no longer current.
