Web or app: which to choose?

The strengths of the web and the iOS app, and why you do not have to choose.

Updated 19 June 2026

Noryo exists on the web (app.noryo.fr) and as an iOS app for iPhone and iPad. The good news: it is not an exclusive choice. Everything is synchronized, so you can move freely from one to the other. This article helps you know which to favor depending on the moment.

The web, for the big picture

On a large screen, the web is ideal for in depth analysis: exploring your charts, comparing periods, managing your budgets, and browsing your documents comfortably. The sidebar organizes everything into broad areas: Steering, Intelligence, Analytics, and Account.

  • Comfortable reading of tables and charts
  • Instant global search via the command palette
  • Dark theme by default, or light to your preference
  • Ideal for relaxed analysis sessions

⌘ + KOpens the command palette on the web to search and navigate instantly.

The iOS app, for everyday use

On iPhone and iPad, Noryo is always in your pocket. The layout in five tabs gets to the essentials, and iOS exclusive features make everyday tracking smoother and faster.

  • Unlock with Face ID or Touch ID
  • Widgets on the home screen and lock screen
  • Live activity during synchronization
  • Document scanning straight to the vault
  • Apple Watch for Wealth, Subscriptions, and Wallet
  • Siri shortcuts and push notifications

Everything stays synchronized

Your accounts, your categories, your budgets, your documents, and your preferences follow you everywhere. A change made on the web appears on the iPhone, and vice versa. You use the same sign in identity across all your devices.

One sign in method per account

You sign in with the method chosen at registration (Apple, Google, or email). It stays the same on the web and in the app.

Our recommendation

The simplest is to use both: the iOS app for quick glances, notifications, and everyday scanning, and the web for more relaxed moments of analysis. That way you enjoy the best of both worlds, without losing anything along the way.

Payment

You can subscribe by card on the web or through the App Store on iPhone. The annual subscription is better value than the monthly one, and a free trial is available on iOS.

Set the app to your taste on each device.
