Noryo Help

Check the status of the services

Updated on 18 June 2026

How to tell whether the issue is on your side, with your bank or a passing slowdown, and how to distinguish them in a few minutes.

When something is not working, the first useful question is: where does the issue come from? Three possible sources: your device or your connection, your bank's service, or a passing slowdown on the Noryo side. Knowing how to tell them apart saves you from acting needlessly and tells you whether to do something or simply wait a few minutes.

Three possible sources

Test your side first

This is the quickest to check and the most frequent cause. Above all, make sure everything is fine on your side.

 • Check that you have a stable internet connection (try opening another app or a web page).
 • Fully close Noryo, then reopen it.
 • Install the app's pending updates.
 • On iPhone, check that low power mode or a restricted network is not blocking background updates.

Spotting an issue on the bank side

If a single bank no longer updates while the others work, the issue very likely comes from that bank or the authorisation granted. The first thing to try is reconnection, which renews the consent that has reached its end date. Also keep in mind that data freshness varies from one bank to another: some update more often than others.

Recognising a passing slowdown

If everything seems normal on your side and several banks are affected at the same time, it may be a temporary slowdown. In that case, the best thing to do is often to wait a few minutes then start a manual synchronisation again. The situation usually sorts itself out.

When to contact support

If the issue persists beyond a few hours, affects the whole app and nothing changes anything, write to us. State what you are seeing, since when, the device used, and if possible attach a screenshot. Your support ID, visible in your profile, speeds up the handling.
