The same documents on all your devices
Your vault is tied to your account, not to a device. A document scanned from your iPhone appears on the web a few moments later, and vice versa. You have nothing to transfer manually: syncing is automatic.

Several ways to add a document
Depending on where you are and the document you have to hand, choose the most convenient way.
- Scan with the camera of your iPhone or iPad, ideal for a physical paper
- Import a file already on your device (JPG, PNG, HEIC or PDF images)
- Send by email using your personal drop address, perfect when a document arrives in your inbox
Every account has a personal email address. Forward an invoice you received by email to it: it lands directly in your vault, without going through the app.
Share a document securely
Need to send a certificate to a third party? You can share a document read-only. The person views the document without being able to edit it or access the rest of your vault.
Sharing applies only to the chosen document. The rest of your vault stays strictly private.
Secure access, wherever you are
Your documents are encrypted and hosted in Europe. On iPhone and iPad, you can lock access behind Face ID or Touch ID, so that a glance at your screen is never enough to open them.
Find quickly, even on the move
Search recognises the content of your documents: type a word that appears in the document to surface it. On the web, the command palette speeds up navigation even further.

Your vault capacity depends on your plan. You can view it on the Subscription screen in the app.
