Export your data and reports

Download your data in the format that suits you: spreadsheet, PDF report, or accounting formats.

Updated 19 June 2026

Noryo lets you retrieve your data whenever you want, to archive it, send it to your accountant or open it in another program. This page sums up the available formats, how to choose a date range and what each type of export contains.

The available formats

Depending on your plan, you have access to different formats. Each one serves a specific purpose: a spreadsheet, a document to print or a file to import into another tool.

What each format is for

CSV
A raw table of your transactions, ideal for reworking in a spreadsheet or running your own calculations.
PDF
A formatted statement, ready to read, print or share as is.
OFX
An exchange format recognised by many personal finance and accounting programs.
QIF
A legacy import format accepted by some budgeting tools.

Choosing a date range

Before starting an export, you define the period to include. You can export a specific month, a quarter, a full year or a custom range. This is handy for preparing a tax return or a statement over a given period.

Think in calendar years

For an annual summary, select from 1 January to 31 December. You will get a complete file for your paperwork.

What an export contains

A transaction export includes the operations for the chosen period with their date, description, amount, category and the account involved. A PDF statement presents a formatted summary: totals, breakdown and change over the selected range.

  • Your transactions for the period, with their category.
  • The account and the bank linked to each operation.
  • A summary of money coming in, going out and savings (in the PDF statement).
An export is not an official document

Noryo statements help you see clearly and prepare your paperwork, but they do not replace your bank statements or your official documents.

Retrieving all your data

Beyond themed exports, you can request a full export of all your data as part of your GDPR rights. This is useful for keeping a global copy of your account. This option is in the settings related to your account and privacy.

Frequently asked questions

Where are my exported files saved?

They are downloaded to your device, wherever your browser or app stores the files it receives.

Can I export from a single account?

Yes, you can filter your transactions by account or by bank before exporting, to include only what you are interested in.

Can my data be changed after export?

An exported file is a snapshot frozen at the moment of export. Changing a transaction in Noryo afterwards does not alter a file you have already downloaded.
