Starting an accounting export

Generate an export of your data in the format expected by your accountant or software, in a few steps.

Updated 19 June 2026

Need to share your movements with your accountant, or import them into a management program? Noryo generates exports over a date range of your choice, in several formats. This guide shows you how to start an accounting export, step by step.

Advanced formats on UltraOperational

CSV exports are widely available. The advanced accounting formats OFX and QIF are included in the Ultra plan. See the Subscription screen in the app.

  1. Open exports

From the Analytics section, open the export and statements area.

  2. Choose the date range

Define the period to export, for example a quarter or a full year.

  3. Select the format

Choose CSV for a spreadsheet, or OFX or QIF for accounting software. Ask your accountant which format they prefer.

  4. Generate the export

Start the generation. The file is prepared from your connected accounts over the chosen period.

  5. Retrieve and share

Download the file, then send it to your accountant or import it into your software.

Check your categories first

An export is more useful if your transactions are well classified. Before generating, take a look at the filter for transactions to categorise so you do not leave anything out.

Which format should I choose?

CSV opens in any spreadsheet and is good for review. OFX and QIF are made to be imported directly into accounting software. When in doubt, the format requested by your accountant is the one to use.

If something goes wrong

Your export does not match what you expected?

Your data stays private

An export stays under your control. You decide who you share the file with. Noryo never resells your data and hosts it in Europe.
