Unable to connect

I cannot sign in

Forgotten password Use Forgotten password on the sign-in screen.

Signed up with Apple or Google Sign in with the same service as at sign-up.

My transactions are frozen

A bank asks to be reconnected Renew the consent from your bank management.

No general update Start a manual synchronisation, then check your internet connection.

A balance or a category looks wrong

The balance differs from my bank Pending transactions may explain the difference, which clears up at the next update.

A transaction is wrongly categorised Open the transaction to correct its category. The rule will apply to the following ones.
